Features

CONSTRUCTION
Door frames are constructed using 1-3/8" thick finger-jointed West Coast Hem/Fir with Mortise and Tenon stiles and rails. Choose from these recessed 1/4" panel materials, Model 321 Luan Mahogany Plywood Panels, Model 326 Rough Sawn Fir Plywood, and Model 322 Tempered One Side Hardboard Panels. Raised panels are 3/4" thick, Model 323 Hem/Fir Panels, Model 327 MDF Panels, Model 328 Clear Cedar Panels, and Model 324 Redwood Panels. Also available, Model 828, the All Cedar Raised Panel Door manufactured with solid Western Red Cedar Frame and Clear Western Red Cedar Panels.

  • 1/4" Rough Sawn Fir plywood panel
  • 3/8" grooved Medium Density Overlay plywood with V-grooves 3" or 4" on center
  • 3/4" Western Red Cedar or West Coast Hem/Fir raised panels
  • Solid Rail West Coast Hem/Fir wood frame (more suitable appearance for staining)
  • Flush back of bottom section with 1/4" plywood (standard on doors over 12 ft. wide)
  • Flush back of door 1/4" Luan plywood & insulate with 5/8" Polystyrene insulation
  • Decorative hardware
  • 1/8" clear annealed glass standard, clear obscure and insulated glass optional
  • Low clearance, high lift and vertical lift track and hardware
HARDWARE
  • The Panel Doors is equipped with heavy duty 15" radius torsion hardware; bracket mounted 2" track is 2". 10 ball bearing rollers with nylon races, non corrosive door fixtures and graduated 14 Ga. double end hinges are standard. Single car doors include one 2-1/4" strut per door; double care doors include one 2-1/4" strut per section.
